We fell in love with the Paul Allen green Homes the first time we looked at the model homes. We were more impressed with the construction video on the Paulallenhomes.net web site. It confirmed what we observed in looking at the finished product- a very well built house! Paul’s claims of lower utility bills have proved true as well, being put to the test in this cold December month!

We have to admit that we were pretty skeptical that our home would be ready for move-in in 4 months- yet, right on schedule, we received our keys on time! Watching our home go up day by day was thrilling! There were many hard workers, and all friendly whenever we encountered them:-) We were happy about everything scheduled to be done to our home. We especially love having hot water at any time: Long hot showers, tub fills, washing machine going, dishwasher washing….Hot water still going strong. Love it! The energy saver commode is a must have as well.

Did I mention the lack of a swamp cooler? We don’t miss it, because of the central air. With the house being so well insulated, there is no problem keeping a cool house, even on the hottest of days.

Whenever questions came up, the Paul Allen team was there with the answers. I have no doubt, that when we are ready to have another home built, Paul Allen Green Homes will be our first stop. We love sharing our home with our friends, in the hope that they too, one day may have a Paul Allen Green Home Experience:-)

We also are pleased with the responsiveness of the team regarding any problems or issues we have had with the house.
