About Us
Lifelong resident of Albuquerque, Paul graduated from Sandia High School in 1973. A creative and passionate entrepreneur, Paul originally pursued a Fine Arts degree from UNM before switching to Anderson School of Business. He’s been involved in development projects around Albuquerque for over 20 years before he founded Paul Allen Homes in 2006. The first years of Paul Allen were spent refining and developing the green home concept. As the pioneer for green homes in New Mexico, Paul recently found out that he is the largest Gold Certified Green Home Builder in the nation. Providing homes for Americans that are both beautiful and sustainable is his passion. Paul prides himself on spending significant amounts of time with each home buyer to ensure that the process of building a home is exciting and accessible to each person. “Green doesn’t mean only building small scale radically expensive homes. It means being thoughtful and efficient where it matters and making sure that what you are handing over is something everyone is proud of.”

Sherri grew up in Albuquerque and attended Del Norte High school. Sherri has two kiddo’s and two grand-kiddo’s who she delights in spoiling and giving kissies.
Rich Murphy, superintendentIn the building scene for more than 30 years Rich runs a tight ship. If you take a walk around one of our homes in construction you’ll see that Rich is a perfectionist. And we love him that way. Building green houses has been a new challenge for Rich, one that he was thrilled to take on. Rich started his path in home building in 1973 where he traveled in summers to do work out west. After a stint as a carpenter in NY he began building everything from commercial buildings to restaurants to condos to custom homes. He made his home in Albuquerque in 1984 and since that time has overseen the building of over 10,000 homes in the Albuquerque area. Talk about an over achiever! Jeez.
